Multipurpose device
The invention relates to a multipurpose device with one or more bearing on the head of a user support parts and preferably with a visual aid and / or a hearing aid, wherein at least one support member has a tensioning device for tightening the facial skin of the user.
To permanently tighten slack facial muscles, facial surgery is usually performed. These interventions are associated with high costs, whereby unwanted by-effects and long-term consequences can not be avoided. Since a younger appearance is usually sought by older people only for a short time on public occasions, the known disadvantages can be avoided with the subject invention.
The prior art include spectacle frames in any powerful design. Especially for the side bars between the visual aid and the earhooks very wide strips have become common. Also known are eyeglass frames with multiple links, with connectors or joints between the links, as well as with stretchable links.
For example, DE 20 2006 011493 U1 describes spectacles for combating wrinkles, in which pads are attached to the temple, which rest on the temple or eye corner of the user when the spectacles are attached and tighten the facial skin in this area. 2/16: ::::%. · 51396 Ag / Fi ···. ··· · · · ·. ···· Dr. Johanna Offner
To tighten the facial skin, both pressure on the facial muscles and tension on the back must be created. This is achieved with telescopically extendable temples. Inside the temple is a spring, which is connected to the pads. When placing the glasses, the spring is stretched, and the pads cause the facial skin to be tightened by pulling it backwards.
As a further prior art devices for smoothing the facial skin or the laugh lines at the corners of the mouth have become known, which are effective from the back of the head or neck ago. These known devices have the disadvantage of a relatively complicated structure, since the entire temples must be telescopically constructed, and inside the eyeglass temple a stretching mechanism must be provided. A use of the device for existing eyeglass frames is not possible.
The object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for tightening the skin of the face and the zygomaticus (zygomaticus major and zygomaticus minor) of the user, which is simple in construction and manufacture, and at the same time robust and durable to use. The tensioning device should have the lowest possible visibility and also be attachable to existing spectacle frames or the like.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. The clamping device is connected via a hinge pivotally connected to the support member or connectable. On the support member, in particular the bracket or frame of the glasses, the clamping device is mounted or attachable via a joint, in particular a rotary joint. When applying the device, the facial skin and Jochbeinmuskeln be detected and taken on actuation of the tensioning device up and to the rear, whereby the desired tightening effect is achieved. As a result, the facial skin and / or the zygomatic muscles are held under elastic tension. According to the invention, the tensioning device comprises a tensioning clamp which can be applied to the skin in a force-fitting manner in the region of the cheekbone (cheekbone). The tightening of the skin is done by spring force, magnetic force or mechanical-electrical or mechanical-pneumatic drive. The required voltage is applied according to the invention by a rotation of the clamping bracket. 3/16 • ····························································································································· Johanna Offner • Ι ······························· ·····
According to the invention it is provided that the clamping bracket is attached or attachable at one end to the joint, and has at least one can be applied to the facial skin in the region of the cheekbone, preferably elastic, jaws. The jaws may be provided at the other end of the tension bow, or in the region of the joint. It can also be provided on the clamping bracket several jaws to enhance the tensile or compressive effect.
So that the power connection is ensured between the jaws and the skin located above the cheekbone bone, the spectacle frame and the bracket can be made correspondingly stiff. In addition, the spectacle frame can be adapted to the face shape or face width. The attachment of the jaw on the facial skin can be done by a non-positive and / or positive connection, for example by gluing, sucking, pinching, snagging or shrinking. The clamping device can be concealed in the applied state or arranged invisible to the viewer.
It is inventively provided that the clamping device is detachably attachable to the support member and in particular attachable or screwed. This allows easy retrofitting of existing eyeglass frames.
It may further be provided that the clamping bracket is designed in the form of an earhook, which is mounted or attachable by means of the hinge pivotally mounted on the support members. This makes it possible that the required ear hook additionally fulfills the function of the clamping bracket and thus no additional components are needed. Concentric about the axis of the joint, a torsion spring may be arranged, which is connected at one end to the support member, in particular the temple, and at the other end to the clamping bracket or with a rotary handle of the joint. The connection of the torsion spring can be designed non-positively, positively or by a connecting means such as adhesive.
For fixing the clamping device in predetermined positions, a releasable clamping device may be provided. The joint may have an actuating element, in particular a rotary handle for actuating the clamping device. 4/16: :: :::. 5 · 51396 Ag / Fi ···· ·······························
Dr. Johanna Offner
By the clamping jaws or clamp of the clamping device is adjustably fixed, the contact pressure on the face can be varied. The fixation of the clamping bracket in predetermined pivot positions can be done by locking or snap connections. In particular, it may be provided to provide recesses on the support part and on the clamping yoke, wherein by inserting a clamping pin, a locking can take place in any pivoting position.
The lateral support member, in particular temple, may be formed as a cover for the tensioning device. For tensioning the tensioning device, the supporting part can have an elastically stretchable or longitudinally adjustable section. The support member may in particular consist of parts which are mounted one inside the other or slidably.
The support member is slidably mounted longitudinally along a slide track, wherein the slide track is formed as the receiving part of a stretched connection. The support member may consist of two elements which are pivotally connected to the hinge, wherein concentric about the axis of the joint a torsion spring is arranged, and one end of the torsion spring is connected to an applied to the facial skin jaws, and the other end of the torsion spring with is connected to an earhook, wherein for tightening the tensioning device, the folded-up element of the support member is folded down together with the earhook and behind the pinna can be applied.
An advantageous effect of the invention is achieved in that the clamping device and the adhesive pad are arranged behind the insides of lateral rods of a spectacle frame. As a result, the clamping device is concealed, at least in a tense state, and invisible to a viewer.
The multipurpose device according to the invention can be designed in particular as a spectacle frame. The invention further also relates to the clamping device itself, which is suitable for a multi-purpose device according to the invention, for example, for retrofitting existing eyeglass frames. 5/16 ········································································································································································································· Johanna Offner
